Hello!

I’m Kate Spurling, registered Osteopath and founder of Port Hills Osteopathy. The clinic is nestled at the base of, and is inspired by the undulating gradients of the Christchurch Port Hills, where I combine my love of fitness, yoga and serving my wonderful patients and community so that they can return to optimal, pain free health. Just like these beautiful rolling hills I understand that wellness is a journey, not a destination.

I work with a range of clientele from athletes, weekend warriors and working professionals to people wanting to better their quality of life. A very special interest of mine is treating pregnant women, to bring comfort through the transition to motherhood, it is a real honour to then treat their newborn baby and further as they grow into children. I frequently work with a referral network of GP’s, Sports Doctors, Midwives, Massage Therapists, Medical Herbalists and Acupuncturists.

Many of my patients travel from as far as North Canterbury, the West Coast and Central Otago for treatments. I welcome all potential, new and returning patients to please enjoy the website and reach out if I can be of any further assistance…

Love and light,
